Thankfully loungewear has made a huge come back over the last year, with matching tracksuits and joggers unavoidable right now, it’s a great time to invest in a killer two-piece.
The first look I chose is this black cropped cuff set for £29.99 (currently on sale)
I’m going, to be honest, when I ordered this I wasn’t sure on what the quality would be like from the image on the website, but when it arrived I was so wrong to question it. The cut and quality of this women’s loungewear two-piece was super flattering and felt like it was the quality from sportswear brands such as Nike and Underamour.
The top has a size toggle so you can have it fitted or loose and I found the bottoms (I’m wearing UK size 12) flattered my body and shape perfectly.
I’ve worn them with a different jumper and with a few other looks since, down to how good they make me feel when I’m wearing them.
If like me you carry weight on your lower tummy area, sometimes joggers and a crop top combo aren’t the most flattering, which is why I usually team them with a bodysuit to give me that extra support and flatter my shape. So Id says this is one of the rare items where it actually worked really well as a cropped look.
I feel like this set is ideal for running errands or airport outfit, lounge wear look. It can be worn in the house as its super comfortable but because the fit is so nice, and it’s not see-through in any way, I feel like it deserves to be worn out and about rather than just in the house with slippers. Also, the top neckline is a zip-up so even in winter, this will work really well under an oversized coat with chunky trainers.

Next, we have this Kahki two-piece, which again can be worn in or outside. Khaki is hot this spring/ summer for loungewear and I’ve seen lots of brands are sold out. Femme Luxe has a lot of different Khaki loungewear sets here: https://femmeluxefinery.co.uk/collections/khaki-loungewear-sets-1
The khaki two-piece I chose was this white striped set £20.99 (Size 12)
Again, perfect for travelling in as an airport outfit or just something flattering for Netflix and chill!
The white stripe really slimmed my arms and the cropped top wasn’t too short that I felt uncomfortable.
The joggers were also really flattering and I felt made my bum look bigger! (yes I was feeling myself in these ha) The fabric was a little thinner and more of a casual material in comparison to the first loungewear outfit, but it wasn’t see-through or revealing in any way. This is also £10 cheaper so it’s expected.
I loved the colour on my skin tone and hair colour, but the only thing I wished was slightly different is the toggle on the front of the joggers was actually fake and I love to use these to tighten the waist so I can have loose on the legs, tight on the waist.
After I loved these two sets, here’s a few more I’m currently looking at adding.
Tie-die loungewear is a huge lockdown trend right now, so I love the look of these shorts:
These grey joggers, https://femmeluxefinery.co.uk/products/grey-cuffed-joggers-lizzie
As I have these similar pair that I love but they don’t have the drawstring on the waist and are too big without it, so these ones look perfect.
They also come in lots of different colours: https://femmeluxefinery.co.uk/collections/joggers
And finally, this women’s loungewear set in white similar to the first outfit I reviewed. I think it would be such a nice summer holiday set for on the way home, to show off that tan!
Which is your favourite out of I’ll these lounge styles?
